Hosting an event?
The Garden Stand and The Waterlot work closely together to offer a variety of unique event spaces and private dinning experiences.
Private Room Rentals
Booking for private rooms and smaller gatherings are managed directly through The Garden Stand.
Our team will assist with both catering and room arrangements to create a seamless event experience.
Event Space Bookings
Larger rooms such as The Crystal Room or The Theatre Lounge are managed through The Waterlot.
Their team handles availability, set up, and event coordination for these spaces.
Once your room is reserved, The Garden Stand will be happy to provide your customized catering for your special event.

He was communicative from day 1. I gave him a general idea of the type of meal we were thinking about serving to our guests and within about 30 minutes he had a mouthwatering menu laid out for me. "We heard about chef Adam when a coworker dropped off his meals after we had a baby. They were so delicious and even our three year old finished his plate. Since then, we have been picking up different things from The Garden Stand and have loved all of it! Chef Adam has even been delivering the meals during the pandemic.
Some favourites are the carrot ginger soup, smoked chicken salad, his salsa, the chicken supreme meals and the dill pickle hummus. Everything we've tried has been amazing!"

"Adams food shop has such a wonderful variety of fresh & frozen meals, soups, snacks, and desserts (dangerous really). His team put together some platters for our wedding party back in July 2023 and everyone was so impressed. Vegetarian Springrolls, Smoked Chicken Cranberry Salad Wraps, Veggies with Roasted Garlic Hummus, Fresh Fruit and Energy Bites. The AB gang took very good care of us for the morning of, so If you're planning any kind of celebration make sure to lock in Adam Brenner ASAP. You won't regret it."

"The Garden Stand is a gem in New Hamburg for quality ready-to-go meals and more. We really love the dill pickle hummus (you can freeze it too!). "Fresh, healthy and delicious tasting apps, salads, meals, desserts, preserves and gifts. Great variety of options for different diets. Main course meals for one or two people are well priced for the quality and portion size. These can be purchased fresh or frozen. I have loved everything I have bought from here. My favourites include fresh made focaccia bread, chicken mulligatawny soup, coconut curry chicken dinner, peanut butter balls, mango and passionfruit sorbet."

Q: Does your food come fresh or frozen?
A: Our prepared meals are available fresh and frozen, just be sure to follow the reheat directions accordingly.
Q: Do you accommodate Gluten free?
A: Yes! We have Gf, Df, Vegan, Vegetarian, and even some Keto friendly options. If you're ever unsure please clarify with one of our Chef's when checking out.
Q: How far in advance should I lock in my event?
A: The sooner the better as we are already fully booked for 2025 & filling up for
2026/2027
Q: Do you offer full service catering?
A: That simply depends on your event style, group size, budget, and location. We are happy to arrange a custom menu that is the best fit for your special occasion. Wether it's a platted style, party platters, or a reheat at home.
Q: What type of events do you accommodate?
A: We offer Custom Catering, Social Events, Corporate, Celebration of Life, Buffet, Cocktail Hour, and, Platted Dining.
Q: How much is catering per person?
A: Things to consider are your event style, group size, location, and budget. Our main goal is helping you decide what makes the most appropriate sense for your occasion. It's important to have this information available when you're inquiring and providing as much detail as possible.
